If you want to see Kingston, don’t book it! We then went into the Blue Mountains where we had a talk on Blue Mountain Coffee. We chose to do the (15 minute) hike to see the coffee plantation, but for the people unable to walk, they just had to wait for us. On the way back, we got stuck in 3 hours of traffic.
